About the Role:
We are looking for a Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Odessa, FL. If you thrive in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment and have a passion for pets, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately pack and ship products to major retailers like Amazon and Chewy, as well as directly to customers.
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and on time to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain organization and accuracy in our distribution center.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
✔ Strong attention to detail and organization skills
✔ Proficiency in English reading and numerical recognition
✔ Basic computer skills; ShipStation experience is a plus
✔ Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment
✔ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
