Job Summary:
Work under the direction of a supervisor or clinic manager to provide basic patient care to assigned patients. Provide nursing care and services to patients as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Comply with established policies and procedures for patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience in a clinic, acute care, or as a nursing tech.
