About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our dialysis program at Swedish Health Services. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our dialysis services, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT.
- Ensure that nursing standards for the care of dialysis patients are met throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with nephrologists to streamline protocols for best practices and improve clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and reduce errors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality and operational data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 3 years recent experience in dialysis nursing.
