Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill. This is a full-time position working 12-hour evening shifts. Our nurses are invaluable members of our healthcare team, providing patient-focused care with human connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical surgical unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of Nursing experience.
