RN Recovery @ Swedish Edmonds
Part time 0.6 FTE, variable shift.

Nursing Professional Practice:
- Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patients' care, developing and updating their plan to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate, maintaining currency of essential competencies.
Advocates:
- Effectively advocates for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
Facilitates Learning:
- Fosters a learning environment for patient/families, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team, facilitating formal and informal learning.
Aligns Practice with Safety and Quality:
- Accountable for safety, identifying and correcting problems, integrating evidence and best practice into nursing care.
Engages in Professional Development:
- Engages in ongoing professional development, practicing within legal parameters and promoting a culture of inquiry.
Leads in the Practice Setting & Community:
- Leads and coordinates teams, appropriately delegates, and collaborates with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS, Washington Registered Nurse License, National Provider ACLS, National Provider PALS.
- 1 year Recovery Nursing experience.
