About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our NICU team at Swedish First Hill. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of nursing experience and a passion for working with infants and children.
- Responsibilities: Facilitates learning: fosters a learning environment for patient/families, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team including students; facilitates formal and informal learning for patient/families, nursing, other members of the healthcare team, and community.
- Skills and Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire. 1 year Nursing experience.
