Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, coordinating, and controlling nursing care and services for patients. You will also serve as a mentor and leader by providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, coordinate, and control nursing care and services for patients
- Serve as a mentor and leader by providing support, guidance, and training as needed
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in Washington state
- At least 3 years of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a leadership role
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Leadership and management experience, preferably in a hospital setting
