Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and policies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
- Current Washington State RN license
- National Provider BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinic setting
