Plastic Surgery ARNP

The Swedish Med Spa team is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our dynamic Med Spa team in Seattle Washington. The ideal candidate would have experience, a strong patient-oriented mentality, and exceptional teamwork skills. This role involves performing aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, conducting full facial assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. • Requirements:
• Active NP license in Washington State
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Competent in aesthetic injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers)
• Experience in facial assessment and treatment planning
• DEA licensure or eligibility required
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient with computers and software
• Exceptional teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client trust
• Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client rapport
• Evaluate and perform treatments on the same day
• Educate clients on services and treatment processes
• Provide high-standard treatments in a relaxing environment
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms
• Adhere to scheduled treatment times and procedures
• Ensure clients leave with a completed treatment plan
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Schedule:
• 5 days per week, Monday-Sunday (schedule variable)
• No call, no major holidays
• Only 1-2 weekends per month
• Compensation is between $132,000 and $183,000 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
  
  

Where You’ll Work

Swedish ExpressCare provides easily accessible care using the latest technology at multiple locations in Seattle and the surrounding area. Patients can access the clinics via walk-in, online appointments or referrals from primary care teams. Swedish ExpressCare clinics offer services seven days a week, and clinicians are supported by dedicated medical assistants. Some Swedish ExpressCare clinics are located inside Walgreens stores, offering convenient access to a complete array of pharmacy services.
