One of our clients is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to support policy analysis process improvement and organizational change management . The selected candidate will analyze complex organization and criminal justice policies processes and systems to improve efficiency accuracy and customer service delivery . This role requires a professional who is skilled in stakeholder engagement project management and business process improvement .
This position is responsible for :
- Researching state laws policies and procedures in collaboration with legal staff and management to ensure accurate communication with the public.
- Leading the implementation of policies processes and IT systems to enhance agency operations.
- Applying organizational change management principles with a focus on effective communication stakeholder trust and performance measurement .
- Planning and conducting outreach with customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery and facilitate new initiatives.
- Coordinating public website development and media efforts in collaboration with public relations to inform the public about agency services.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and alignment with agency goals.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned to support agency needs.
This is a fulltime onsite position requiring candidates to be available for an inperson interview and to work onsite 45 days per week .
