One of our clients is seeking a Business Data Analyst to review assess and enhance the reliability of multiple data source systems . The selected candidate will work with crossfunctional divisions to identify threats to data validity and develop mitigation strategies that improve the reliability of data across the agency .
This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills experience with data warehouses and proficiency in SQL MS Excel and Power Query . The Business Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate data sources conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions .
OnSite Requirement : 1 day per week (Must pick up equipment in person; Parking NOT provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess multiple data source systems within the org.
- Identify threats to data validity and reliability and develop mitigation strategies .
- Conduct source system table analysis stakeholder interviews and user shadowing to evaluate data flow and accuracy.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
- Document findings and develop clear actionable recommendations for improving data reliability.
- Collaborate with divisions including Developmental Services Clinical & Quality Management and Administration to implement data integrity solutions.
- Track and report on the progress of mitigation actions .
- Utilize Microsoft Excel Power Query and SQL to perform data analysis and reporting .
- Communicate findings in clear concise technical documentation for various stakeholders.
