Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to coordinate the efforts of team members, consultants, and managed service providers to deliver projects according to plan. This role involves supporting the Technology Services team with planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will excel in both project coordination duties and broader project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
- Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Serve as a backup to the Senior IT Management Analyst , assisting with IT budget management and requisitions.
- Execute additional projects as assigned by the Manager.
