Systems Analyst 4 - Healthcare

One of our clients seeks a System Analyst to support in ongoing releases, enhancements, and defect fixes for a large-scale healthcare claims processing system. This position requires expertise in data analysis, conversion, and validation within Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modules and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with mainframes, DB2, Teradata, and end-to-end testing coordination across multiple vendors and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis , including mapping rules, ETL design, and conversion validation.
• Manage all phases of System Integration Testing (SIT) , User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , and End-to-End Testing (E2E) .
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data, while tracking and resolving defects.
• Coordinate defect triage calls with multiple vendors and ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate and present conversion results to stakeholders.
• Generate detailed test summaries, execution metrics, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Track historical UAT testing data and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and customer service standards.
