One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and existing applications. The selected candidate will analyze systems workflows and technical specifications working closely with EHR teams application teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality across applications.
The role requires strong problemsolving skills systems analysis expertise and healthcare technology experience to assess system performance interfaces and integration solutions .
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating business / technical needs into functional and technical specifications .
- Work closely with technical leads and interface teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.
- Support migration efforts proposing new workflows as needed for internal applications.
- Assist with the design configuration and enhancement of EHR components ensuring alignment with user and technical requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows processes and configurations created as part of the EHR system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement optimizing system performance and interfaces.
- Analyze and propose solutions for interface application components.
- Develop and / or work with developers on assigned components and modifications for various OIM applications.
- Support and participate in testing efforts for different areas of the EHR.
