What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor - Brand New Homes - New Construction Final Cleaning position at Sweep You Off Your Feet Cleaning?
Join a positive and energetic team! We work for several well-known residential home builders in the Greater Lansing area doing final cleaning and polishing when the homes are complete and ready for sale or client closing.
This is not your idea of a construction site, these are completely finished homes waiting to be moved in to. We are wiping down installed cabinetry and new countertops, polishing appliances, sweeping and mopping floors on empty homes that have already been cleared of construction and building materials.
Work with a team of detail oriented, self-motivated cleaners. New location/homes daily, all supplies are on site when you arrive. We typically work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is a great job for parents that work around a school drop off schedule.
The right candidate will be detail oriented with a strength in leadership and building a positive team/family feeling.
Pay is $17 per hour, paid weekly. Reliable transportation is required.
