What will you do at Sweep?

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping and scaling Sweep’s marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all aspects of marketing—from demand generation and brand building to email campaigns and event strategies. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and RevOps teams to define our go-to-market strategy and elevate Sweep’s presence in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Marketing Strategy : Take ownership of the current marketing strategy, building upon its success to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth across the Salesforce and RevOps communities.
  • Lead Generation : Strengthen and optimize demand-generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Event Management : Lead Sweep’s participation in key industry events and webinars, refining the approach to maximize impact and industry recognition.
  • Content & Messaging : Collaborate with our skilled content team to enhance existing materials and develop new assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media campaigns. Ensure all messaging aligns with Sweep’s brand voice and effectively speaks to Salesforce admins and RevOps leaders.
  • Brand Identity : Leverage and enhance Sweep’s brand to reinforce our mission and differentiate us in the market.
  • Email Marketing & Automation : Refine current outreach efforts to nurture leads and engage existing users, using automation tools to improve performance and scalability.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Use data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and scaling what works.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and customer outreach with Sweep’s business objectives.

We are looking for

  • 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success. Prior leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including its personas, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through creative demand-generation tactics.
  • Able to think big-picture while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Hands-On Approach : Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details, especially in a startup environment.
  • Experience planning and managing participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with a B2B audience, especially in mid-market companies.
  • The OTE for this Head of Marketing role is $150,000–$220,000 per year, including base salary, performance incentives, equity, and benefits.
