CDL B Jet Vac Operator

Job Summary:   Operate Jet Vac Truck used for Storm Drain cleaning as part of the service contract duties and responsibilities to company customers. Operate equipment in accordance with safety and operating guidelines.     Address: 6150 Nichols Dr, Mableton, GA 30126   Job Responsibilities:   Perform duties in conjunction with a work crew to clean and clear storm drains, catch basins and remove wastewater.   Drive and operate company trucks and equipment.   Service various customer needs using company equipment.   Operate JetVac & related equipment.   Complete paperwork related to the work and company / customer requirements.   Interact with customers to ensure the work is completed to their satisfaction.   Communicate with office regarding obstacles, needs and customer interactions.   Document any changes to the scope of work or project changes.   Accept additional duties and responsibilities as required.   Troubleshoot equipment, repair, or facilitate repair as necessary   Job Requirements:    CDL Class B Tanker and Air Brake Endorsement    Manual Transmission ability. Clean Driving Record   DOT Medical Card Ability to read a map Ability to lift 70 lbs.  Ability to understand DOT requirements and regulations.    Must be able to work overtime night shift and work out of town as required. Honesty/ Integrity required.   Attendance and punctuality required.   Ability to communicate both written and verbal.   Requires work performed in outdoor environments/exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions.  Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration  Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, heights, and confined spaces  Exposure to noxious odors/fumes and moderate to high noise levels  Exposure to bodily fluids / human waste, etc.   Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.
