Day Porter

Job Summary:   SCA is seeking an energetic and reliable Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services at various locations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.  Location: 6150 Nichols Dr, Mableton, GA 30126 Job Responsibilities:   Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.  Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted  Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:  Perform litter pick-up along highways  Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties  Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues   Job Requirements:   Valid Driver’s License  Clean driving record for past 3 years High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.   Experience working outdoors   Ability to follow directions and read maps  Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record  Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests  Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely  Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally  Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping.
