Yard Worker - Ancillary Services

Job Title: Yard Worker   Job Summary:  At SCA, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization around our facility, perform light maintenance duties, and maintain the cleanliness of the fleet of vehicles. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.   Schedule: Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM     Location: 285 Pawnee St A, San Marcos, CA 92078 Rate of Pay: $20 per hour   Why SCA?At SCA, we do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason—always. This commitment is a key part of our core values and drives our reputation for excellence nationwide.   Job Responsibilities:   Light maintenance duties such as washing and cleaning both the exterior and interior of the fleet. Cleaning the exterior of the parking lot of the site location. Transporting parts as needed. Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely.   Job Requirements:  Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests. Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely. Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally. Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required. Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required.
