Overview
Sweet & Sassy is a salon, spa, retail store and party place for girls 3-12. Our goal is to make our customer's day, every day and deliver "wow" customer service. We have fun at work and make little kid’s dreams come true every day. We are looking for customer-service driven licensed cosmetologists.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon area.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for retail sales.
- Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience.
- Utilize knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Experience in retail sales and store management is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A valid OH cosmetology license is required.
