Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for an Event Specialist located in Indianapolis, IN. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role you will be working closely with an event producer that takes care of a lot of the back end needs of the event. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to determine their needs, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, overseeing event promotions and marketing, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the events. The Event Specialist will also be involved in sales initiatives to drive event bookings.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
