Responsibilities

- Monitor patient health and well-being, observing any changes or concerns that may arise.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules.
- Engage clients in recreational activities and community involvement to promote social skills.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
