Barista

Sweet Desires Espresso Bar & Bakery is looking for a Junior Barista to join our dedicated team of eight. We take pride in creating high-quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, punctual, and reliable with a passion for great coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities:

*Assist in preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences *Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area *Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment *Provide friendly and professional customer interactions *Support the team with daily café operations as needed

Qualifications:

*Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred *Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality *Excellent communication and listening skills *High integrity with a strong attendance record *Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
