Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences.
Duties:
- Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register/computer
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic computer experience is required
- Ability to stay busy between customers
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to drive revenue growth
- Competency in operating and handling transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change
We do not open on Sundays but you will be required to work Saturdays.
