Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the service or culinary field and have a passion for people & service. Pay is based on experience and longevity at previous jobs. Pay is also based on schedule, if you have limited availability, it may affect pay per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks and desserts/ toppings
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Perform basic math for order totals and transactions
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer experience
- Create custard dishes, milkshakes, concretes and more at our topping station
- Support kitchen staff by delivering food/desserts to guests via our number system
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently in a face paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Able to meet scheduling commitments
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Experience as a Cashier, Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
