What You’ll Do :
- Oversee Content Production : Manage all stages from pre-production planning to post-production review, ensuring content meets client goals.
- Project Management : Lead multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver top-tier content.
- Creative Direction & Client Collaboration : Partner with clients to shape content strategy, episode formats, and creative direction.
- Team Coordination : Work with internal teams and freelancers (Lancers) to ensure smooth execution and deliver exceptional results.
- Client Communication & Reporting : Update clients on project progress, provide insights on performance, and present data to demonstrate business impact.
- Performance Optimization : Use audience data and performance metrics to refine content and processes for continuous improvement.
