Operations Supervisor

This position is responsible for all aspects of Store Operations, including inventory management and implementation responsibilities for the roll-out of SOP’s, compliance, delivery and other operational business objectives.The individual will work with cross-functional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals and operational plans. As a part of the management team, they will also be required to provide coverage to all areas of the store according to the business needs.The successful individual will have experience in a fast paced ever changing industry with an exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and strong observation skills.

E S S E N T I A L J O B D U T I E S :

• Oversee and execute all operational initiatives and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly to support business goals
• Ensure all inventory protocols are being following according to Sweet Flowers policy and procedures and Metrc seed-to-sale tracking system
• Manage the product-receiving process and ensure all details are reflecting correctly on the online menus and POS system. This includes markdowns, promotions, discounts, product details and images Liaise with corporate buyers to monitor sell-through, re-orders, vendor compliance issues and order management.
• Ensure all compliance documents and records are maintained according to our records retention policy
• Ensure all systems(POS, Metrc, etc) are always reflecting the correct inventory quantities by performing re-occurring audits and compliance checks
• Ensure all customer deliveries are fulfilled accurate and in a timely to ensure exceptional customer service
• Train and develop inventory associates
• Ensure Inventory room is maintained to standard Provide necessary floor coverage as needed.

R E P O R T I N G R E L A T I O N S H I P : Will report to a Sweet Flower Store Manager.

PAY RATE

• $23.00-25.00/ hr

Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum of 2 years of operations and inventory management related experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above-mentioned task in a retail environment. Hands-on experience with Metrc (cannabis seed to sale tracking system) procedures and BCC regulations. Ability to work well on a team. Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures used to develop strategies designed to improve operational procedures. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
