Sweet James LLP is looking for a talented and hard-working lawyer who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. We have both litigation and pre-litigation positions available.
This talented lawyer will report directly to one of the partners and will perform administrative, marketing, pre-litigation, litigation, and related activities.
Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills. You must be comfortable dealing with clients directly.
Having a multi-jurisdiction license or being bilingual is a bonus. Our clients are the reason you went to law school. You will be helping people who would otherwise be bulldozed by large greedy corporations and insurance companies.
If you have a soft spot for helping people when they are at their weakest and want to be their Harvey Specter, this position is for you.
Salary starts at $120,000.00 and up contingent upon experience plus bonus, full benefits including health insurance, vacation pay, payment of bar dues, MCLE and more. After the first year, you have the potential to keep a significant percentage of fees generated. Substantial room for growth within the organization.
