Growing, fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm is looking for a dynamic and charismatic phone sales representative to achieve maximum success in our intake call center.
Ideal candidates will have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills. If you have experience in customer service, sales, call centers and/or hospitality then this role is for you!
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based out of our Newport Beach location.
Must be available to work weekends.

- Communicating with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Collect and document sensitive personal information
- Strong customer and sales experience and excellent attention to detail
- Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism
- General administrative duties as required
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
