We’re a rapidly growing Personal Injury Law Firm looking for an Intake Call Center Representative to join our top-performing team in Newport Beach. This is an on-site position offering growth potential, a collaborative team culture, and a mission-driven environment where your work truly matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first impression: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person
- Collect and accurately document sensitive personal information
- Deliver a positive and empathetic client experience from the very first call
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a high-volume call setting is required (Call center experience strongly preferred)
- Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are a must
