Our leading Personal Injury law firm is looking for a talented pre-litigation paralegal to join our team! We're a fast paced, team-oriented firm handling high volume cases. Direct personal injury experience is required. Litigation or legal case management experience is a plus.
We are looking for a well-rounded self-starter who is looking for a home to grow in a high stakes environment with other high achievers.
Responsibilities include :
Maintaining case files using cloud-based legal software [Salesforce / Litify]
Client communications regarding case updates, coordinating treatment, and further steps in the process
Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and 3rd party vendors
Requesting medical records and bills
Prepare and handle all exhibits for demand stage
Skills :
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing competing priorities.
Microsoft 365 experience
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
