Our growing Phoenix based personal injury and product liability law firm is looking for a talented litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. Civil litigation or personal injury experience preferred. Strong litigation and trial preparation experience required.
We are looking for a well-rounded self-starter who is looking for a home to grow in a high stakes environment with other high achievers.
Duties include :
Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software [Salesforce]
Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research
Prepare and handle all exhibits
Skills :
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing competing priorities.
Microsoft 365 experience
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
