We’re looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support one of our lead trial attorneys in our Newport Beach office. This is a unique opportunity to manage high-stakes plaintiff contingency cases from start to finish in a role that offers both responsibility and room to grow.
You’ll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative environment, with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) designed to support both productivity and work-life balance.

What You'll Do:
- Own the litigation process from filing through trial
- Maintain and organize case files using cloud-based legal software
- Prepare exhibits, assist with depositions, witness prep, and legal research
- Collaborate directly with attorneys and team members to drive case outcomes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation or personal injury
- Strong trial prep skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in a paperless environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Competitive salary: $65,000 – $90,000 DOE
