Looking for a talented senior litigation paralegal who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. Personal injury, strong litigation, and trial preparation experience required.
Must be a self-starter and be able to handle all aspects of a case from filing through trial. This talented paralegal will report directly to one of the trial partners.
Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills.
We are looking for a well-rounded self-starter who is looking for a home to grow in a high-stakes environment with other high achievers.
This position is on-site at our Newport Beach Office.
Duties include :
Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software
Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research
Prepare and handle all exhibits
Skills :
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal is required
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Bachelor's degree required

- Pay Range; $60-$90K salary, contingent upon direct experience
