We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in our Newport Beach office. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
This position is on-site at our Newport Beach Office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Use of software and digital tools for file setup and opening cases
- Preparing claims and sending letters of representation
- Collecting records and coordinating medical treatment
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
- Maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases
- Provide general support to handling attorney
