Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Join our dynamic and thriving Orange County-based law firm specializing in personal injury! We are seeking a talented and experienced senior litigation paralegal to join our team.

If you have a background in civil Litigation or personal injury and a passion for managing plaintiff contingency cases, we want to hear from you! Strong litigation and trial preparation experience, excellent communication, and writing skills are essential.

As a self-starter, you'll have the opportunity to manage all aspects of a case from filing through trial. Working directly with one of our esteemed trial partners, you'll have ample opportunities to grow in our high-stakes environment.

Duties include:

• Maintaining litigation files using cloud-based legal software
• Assisting with depositions, witness preparation, and research
• Prepare and handle all exhibits

Skills:

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to consistently meet performance goals and objectives
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience utilizing technology and maintaining a paperless office
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
