Your Responsibilities:
Foster a safe, supportive, and structured environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
Guide children through diaper-to-potty training transitions with patience and encouragement
Implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes learning and social growth
Support children’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a clean, organized classroom
Communicate regularly with parents about progress, milestones, and potty training success
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in a daycare or child care setting
✔️ Comfort and experience with diaper changing & potty training support
✔️ A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required, and a CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred (but not required)
✔️ Ability to pass background checks and meet health assessment requirements
✔️ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔️ A passion for helping young children gain confidence and independence
