Your Responsibilities:
Provide a nurturing and responsive environment for infants and toddlers
Follow an age-appropriate curriculum that encourages growth and development
Support infants' and toddlers' emotional, physical, and cognitive needs while ensuring a safe and clean classroom
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child’s progress
Maintain records and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with infants in a daycare or child care setting
✔️ Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, and a CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred (but not required)
✔️ Ability to pass background checks and meet health assessment requirements
✔️ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔️ A passion for nurturing and developing young children
