Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of their subject matter, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. As a full-time teacher at Sweet Peas Village you will play a key role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
-Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
-Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback.
-Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
-Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
-At least Highschool Graduate/Certification
-18 years old and above
-Early childhood education degree
-Teaching certification/license is a plus (not required)
-Proven experience as a successful classroom teacher is a plus (not required)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
-Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We are searching for fun, caring and kind teachers to work with children of all ages(6 weeks-5 years) School Age K-5. Previous experience working with children is required and a background in Early Childhood education. We currently have full time positions. Please send a cover letter along with a resume.
