Sweet Pea's is a locally owned and operated gas station/convenience store chain with stores located in Beaver, Allegheny and Fayette Counties.

Kitchen Team Lead responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate team to ensure kitchen is running smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage daily duties that include:
- Proper preparation and handling of food
- Stocking
- Cleaning
- Backstock
- Ordering of supplies
- Assist in training of new hires
- Handle customer complaints/compliments in a professional manner
- Participate in regular meetings with Food Service Manager to discuss performance and goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory roll preferred but not required.
Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must have a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to lift/carry 20lbs continuously
