Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead efforts to retain high-performing employees through competitive benefits, development programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Create and implement onboarding programs that align with company values and set employees up for success.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
3. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.
4. Learning & Development:
- Create and execute training and professional development programs to support employee growth.
- Identify skill gaps and develop strategies to build capabilities across the organization.
5. Performance Management:
- Implement performance review processes to drive accountability and improve employee performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to set clear expectations and measure individual and team success.
6. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and company objectives.
- Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure Sweet Robo has the talent needed to scale and grow.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure, culture, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Track record of success in recruiting, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Experience with international HR practices and global workforce management is a plus.
