Responsibilities
- Conduct criminal investigations and gather evidence to support case development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members in various situations.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
- Implement surveillance measures to deter criminal activity and enhance safety.
- Develop and execute loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.
- Manage conflicts effectively, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately when required, ensuring their well-being.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and community organizations to enhance safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in criminal investigation or law enforcement is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Proficiency in report writing with attention to detail.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Experience in animal handling or care is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management through effective communication and negotiation skills.
