What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations, maximizing occupancy and financial performance.
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
- Ensure timely rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain vendor relations, contracts, and property upkeep.
- Lead emergency response and resident issue resolution.
- Train and support staff to foster a strong team environment.
Skills
- 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience (preferred)
- Organization, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Entrata proficiency (preferred)
- Positive, results-driven mindset

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
