The Role :
- Administrative Support :
Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality with a heightened focus on data privacy standards.
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain HR databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
