Job Description
This is a 5-day per week position, requiring 30-50 hours of work each week. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates without experience must be able to learn and complete training within two weeks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
The Pool Cleaner for Sweetwater Pools serves as the face of the company, responsible for delivering regular maintenance duties to our customers. Providing consistent, high-quality service to each customer is a top priority for this role.
You will drive a company vehicle to residential clients and work directly with homeowners to assist with their backyard swimming pool needs. This position plays a crucial role in creating a lasting impression with each customer and maintaining client relationships by upholding our high standards for customer service.
Work is conducted outdoors and may be performed in rainy or hot conditions.
Position Details
- Pay Range: $15-$20 per hour (Equivalent to $700-$950 per week with overtime)
- Weekly Bonus: Up to $3.00 per hour worked
- Payment Schedule: Paid every Friday
- Overtime Availability: Yes
- Clock-in Time: 7am
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday (Saturdays are optional, Sundays are always off)

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintenance of basic pumps and filters
- Vacuuming, skimming, and brushing pools
- Regulation of chemical levels
- Operation and maintenance of salt systems and chlorine generators
- Daily interaction with customers in a professional manner
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 100lbs
- Sitting, kneeling, standing for extended periods
- Jumping, squatting, crawling, reaching, and driving company vehicles for extended periods
Required Qualifications
- Legal ability to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work
- A working and reliable cell phone
- Ability to pass a drug test
- A valid GA driver's license with a clear driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years)
