Our Community Manager will manage a Luxury multi-family community in Greenville, North Carolina. The community will have 124 total units, including the new construction phase being added this year.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
- Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
- Oversee the maintenance department and property appearance.
- Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
- Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
- Manage all onsite staff including motivating training and performance development.
- Plan schedule and host resident events.
- Maintain the system for service requests and follow-ups.
- Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
- Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Lifting, bending, standing, walking.
