Sweetwater Property Management is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company. We are looking to hire a Super Star Maintenance Technician to join Addison Ridge Apartments located in Fayetteville, NC.
Our Maintenance Technician should have at least 1 year of experience in an apartment community. Our super star Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include basic maintenance and repair, groundskeeping and make ready process. Apartment make ready experience to include painting, flooring installation, appliance installation. After-hour emergency calls, light plumbing and electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and more. Experience with pool maintenance is preferred.
On-call is required. A valid driver's license and a background check must be completed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1-year maintenance experience required.
- Maintenance experience in multi-family apartment complexes or hotels preferred.
- Work tools relevant to the job is a must.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, make ready, groundskeeping, general maintenance repairs and HVAC required.
- Good organizational and people skills.
- Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment.
