Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of musical instruments & pro audio gear is looking for a talented and driven part-time individual for our Front of House! Sweetwater is proud to serve hundreds of visitors and employees daily in its restaurant-style diners and break room areas. The Front of House staff plays an instrumental role in ensuring that customers feel welcome and comfortable and experience unmatched diner service. This person will assist customers with checkout, navigating the menu, and attending to general customer service needs in addition to ensuring the diner and break room areas are well stocked, organized, and regularly cleaned.
This is a PART-TIME role with needed evening and weekend availability.
Monday: Off
Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Wednesday: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Friday: 10am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm
Sunday: Off
In this customer-facing role, the Front of House team handles various responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Engaging customers with enthusiasm throughout campus
- Assisting with menu questions and payments in the diner to create a comfortable environment for guests
- Maintaining stock levels for food products, drink products, and coffee throughout all of campus
- Work directly with vendors to coordinate product orders and ensure timely replenishment to maintain inventory levels
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in diners and break area
- Support catering efforts for special events on campus

- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. consistently during the day
