Job Requirements
Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Administrator as part of its growing IT Operations team. This position will help manage our large fleet of macOS, iOS, and Android devices. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN. Job Responsibilities
- Provide automated software deployment to user workstations and mobile devices via standardized enterprise management solutions.
- Provide tier 3 support for all related technical questions for the macOS platform.
- Provide company-wide client / user technical engineering support and management of the macOS systems including drivers and patches, application and configuration management.
- Work with IT team members to develop robust, sustainable solutions to end-user issues
