Job Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving internal tickets on Workday
- Building Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs
- Assist in assessing business need for enhancements or workarounds
- Testing and feedback on enhancements, audits, and needed training materials
- Other HR duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, organizational business, or resolving internal business issues
- Prior technical experience in HRIS Systems (Workday) preferred
- Ability to problem solve, communicate, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certificate in Workday would be a big plus
